Two trains an hour from Bristol Temple Meads (27 minutes). Direct services from Cardiff and Taunton. About 20 minutes on foot from Weston-super-Mare station, or a short bus or taxi ride.
Weston, Worle, Clevedon, Bristol
Easy reach from Worle, Clevedon, and Burnham-on-Sea. Bristol is straightforward by train.
Paid parking nearby
No parking on site. Paid parking is available along Marine Parade, a short walk from the sauna.
On the seafront
A spot on the Marine Lake Plaza, looking out over the lake and the Bristol Channel beyond. Beach, pier, and town a few minutes away.
Sauna and cold plunge
Wood-fired sauna and cold plunge by the sea. Rituals, yoga, and events to follow as we build out the programme.
Marine Lake is right next to the sauna and offers a contained tidal swimming spot at high tide.
If you choose to swim in the lake or the sea, please do so safely and be aware of tides and conditions on the day. Open water swimming is entirely at your own risk. Never swim alone, and never enter the water without cooling down first after time in the sauna.
