Why we don't just hand over the keys.
Every session is hosted by one of our team from start to finish. They tend the fire, walk your group through the rhythm of heat and plunge, top up drinks, and stay with you throughout. Your team turns up; we take care of the rest.
Our sites sit in woodland and beside open water across Devon and Somerset. Quiet enough that the team properly slows down. The session runs in rounds: heat, plunge, rest, repeat, with hot drinks by the fire pit in between. The cold plunge is optional, but most people end up doing it.
There's something about doing something a bit uncomfortable, together, outdoors, that creates a kind of connection a meeting room doesn't.

The Haldon site moves to a new spot at Mamhead in July 2026, a few minutes down the road, to help protect Haldon's ecology. Bookings after that date will be at Mamhead.

We send a quote based on your group size, site, and any add-ons. Once it's booked, we look after the rest.
