You Can Sauna was founded by two friends, Yussef and Jake, who love saunas and want to spread the message that sauna is for everyone. Saunas improve our health, strengthen our communities, and deepen our connection to nature. The more sauna in the world, the better. Especially when combined with cold for true ‘contrast therapy’.

Our Sauna
Our Sauna was built by artisans at Madera Masters in Latvia, a country with an ancient tradition of sauna, or ‘pirts’. The use of heat-treated thermowood ensures cleanliness and comfort. The wood fired heater from Harvia combines traditional heat with modern safety and efficiency.
We are spreading authentic sauna, starting in experience to Haldon Forest Park, near Exeter and Newton Abbot.
