At our sauna and cold plunge in Haldon Forest, you can enjoy

• A traditional wood fired sauna built by Baltic experts, fuelled by firewood from regeneratively managed forests, and run between 70 and 100 degrees (we target 90, but it is a live fire).

• Several cold plunges to provide the health benefits of contrast therapy’s cycles of hot and cold.

• A secluded woodland location and a panoramic window overlooking the beauty of Dartmoor.

• A fire pit and outdoor seating area to enjoy your time in the Haldon Forest sauna community.
  
  We have an amazing off-grid site at Haldon, but this means we don’t have free drinking water for guests, although we do have electrolytes to add to your drinking water and a free cup of From Trees tea for all our visitors.

  
  Being off-grid also means we don’t have a toilet at the site, but guests can use the one at the main Haldon Forest visitor centre which is a ten minute walk or 1 minute drive from our sauna. We’d suggest you make sure to swing by there before your sauna session if this might be an issue.
