Well we've teamed up with the Old Stable in East Portlemouth, just across the estuary from Salcombe, to run one of our Swedish sauna tents by their amazing cafe!

We're running the tent between 70 and 100 degrees, have a cold shower on-site, and there's steps down from the Old Stable for a dip in the estuary as part of your session!

Bathe in the heat, freeze in the sea, and finish your session with a local ice cream, organic coffee, or some Good Food Guide rated food from the Old Stable. What could be better?
